Mulching Films

Mulch film is a synthetic or natural covering material, typically made from plastic (like LLDPE/LDPE/Virgin granules as per IS:17216-2019), that is laid over the soil to improve growing conditions for crops. It is a thin plastic sheet used to cover the soil in agricultural and horticultural practices. It acts as a protective barrier on the soil surface around plants. It is commonly available in two types – a) Reflective mulch film and b) non-reflective mulch film.

Used For:

• Vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
• Fruits (strawberries, melons)
• Flowers and ornamental plants
• Commercial and greenhouse farming

Thickness: 30µm to 100µm as per is standard
